Miranda

Registered Dental Hygienist

It is a pleasure to get to know our patients and learn about their lives, families, and interests. Our conversations build a bond and it often feels like I am talking with a friend or family member. Even better, my role in the office means I get to help friends develop and keep healthy smiles!

I have worked in the dental field since 2011, hold a Bachelor’s degree, and joined the Getz Dental team in 2012. I worked here until 2018, when I moved with my family to Graham, TX. Then, in 2022, I was lucky to return. I work with patients, taking X-rays, perio-charting, and providing cleanings. I also help treat and prevent periodontitis and provide lots of patient education.

I was born and raised in West Monroe, Louisiana. My husband, Zach, and I moved to Fort Worth in 2012, so Zach could attend seminary at Southwestern, and we’ve called Texas home ever since. We have three amazing children: Arrow, Day, and Isla, who are my priority. I also enjoy working out, thrifting, and being outside with family.

Janet

Registered Dental Hygienist

“My goal is to provide compassionate, patient-centered care while promoting prevention, education, and long-term oral health. I believe every patient deserves to feel respected, comfortable, and heard.”

Originally born in El Paso and raised right here in Arlington, Texas, Janet discovered her passion for dental health as a teenager, graduating from high school. Dedicated to a career focused on helping others, she wanted to empower patients to achieve optimal oral health and feel truly confident in their smiles.

Before pursuing her degree, Janet worked as a dental assistant for two years to build a strong, hands-on foundation in the field. She graduated as a Registered Dental Hygienist in 2015. Always looking for ways to elevate the patient experience, she actively pursues continuing education and has obtained specialized training in advanced treatments, including laser therapy.

As a vital part of our hygiene team, Janet works closely with patients to understand their unique health needs and design individualized treatment plans. She is highly skilled in treating periodontal disease and takes pride in educating patients, empowering them to make informed decisions about their overall wellness.

For Janet, the best part of coming to work every day is the collaborative environment created by our exceptional dentists and team, along with some comforting assistance from our practice dog, Lucy! She considers it a true privilege to build lasting, trust-based relationships with our long-term patients.

When she isn’t helping patients achieve healthy smiles, Janet loves tackling creative DIY projects around the house and making memories with her 6-year-old daughter.

She and her husband are avid runners who love challenging each other to stay fit and active. On any given evening, you can find them walking their three beloved dogs, a Boxer and two French Bulldogs. Janet is also passionate about personal finance and is actively working toward her goal of becoming debt-free.

Angel

Registered Dental Assistant

I have been a dental assistant for over 16 years. My husband and I moved to Texas from Portland, Oregon in 2008 with two children, Eric and Anessa. We now have a third child, Keith. Besides being a soccer mom, loving true crime, and traveling, I love dentistry and have a very diverse dental experience. Working with a board certified anesthesiologist (IV sedation dentistry) for more than fourteen years, I have assisted many different procedures such as implant prostheses, root canals, extraction, cosmetic crowns, and more! After my dentist of many years retired, I feel blessed and honored to call Getz Dental home.

Angie

Registered Dental Assistant

I believe in creating a welcoming space where patients feel comfortable and cared for. I love seeing people leave with a smile and value the strong teamwork that keeps our office running smoothly.

I was born and raised in Fort Worth, Texas, and come from a big, close-knit family. I chose dentistry because I didn’t grow up learning much about oral hygiene, and I want to help others avoid that gap. I’ve always been curious about what it’s like to be the one providing care.

I earned my dental assisting certification from The College of Health Professions and stepped straight into practice. Since joining the Getz Dental team in 2024, I provide chair-side care, manage lab cases and deliveries, maintain inventory, and keep our operatories clean and organized. I also support our assistants to help ensure everything flows smoothly in the back. Outside of work, I enjoy collecting Funko Pops, running in the park, and spending time with my family.

Tricia

Registered Dental Assistant

I have been a dental assistant for over 20 years and love being part of the team at Getz Dental. I’m originally from Texarkana, Texas, and chose this field because I believe in the power of a healthy, confident smile. Helping patients feel comfortable and supported is one of the most rewarding parts of what I do.

I graduated from High Tech Institute in 2025 and have spent my career focused on patient care and education. I enjoy helping people understand their dental needs and empowering them to make informed choices about their treatment.

What I appreciate most about working here is the team atmosphere. The doctors truly value our input and encourage collaboration to improve the patient experience. Outside of work, I enjoy watching movies, bowling, and traveling.
