We choose to be out-of-network to protect the quality of your care. When a dentist signs a contract with an insurance company, they agree to fixed fees that often force offices to double-book patients, use cheaper laboratories, or rush through appointments to stay profitable.
By remaining independent (Fee-For-Service), we can:

Not always, and often the difference is minimal compared to the value of the care you receive. Insurance companies use the term "Usual and Customary Rates" to justify paying less, but this is an arbitrary number they fabricate to benefit their bottom line.
